Don't Eat Lentils On Your Wedding Day
You know, a promise is a promise.
Yesterday I told you I'd talk about something you've probably never heard of before. And it's quite possible you haven't even considered it yourself. I hadn't thought about it until this conversation came up completely informally.
Let me tell you.
The other day we were having lunch with the Mimètik team and a comment came up about how legumes affected each of us. Hahaha, you can imagine, right?
So, if lentils make you bloated, don't eat them on your wedding day. It sounds absurd, but I hadn't thought before about what I would eat on my wedding day to feel energetic and, at the same time, not have a heavy stomach.
Then Mónica, who is in charge of the administration of Mimètik (if you have called or visited our Atelier, you will know perfectly well who she is and the friendliness she exudes), commented that there are other foods such as asparagus or fish that also generate olfactory changes.
So, I thought it was something to keep in mind.
Food on the wedding day and, by extension, the day before.
I'm trying to figure out what to do in the morning on my wedding day. Many Mimètik brides take advantage of this time to gather all their guests so they can get to know each other and create a super special and relaxed atmosphere, where everyone feels comfortable and is looking forward to the afternoon to celebrate the wedding.
I don't know... maybe I prefer to be with my immediate family and enjoy a quiet morning in nature together...
I'll keep you posted!
For now, it's my duty to recommend this wonderful piece we have at Mimètik. You know that feeling of putting on a dress and being blown away by how gorgeous you look?
I'm sending you a huge hug,
Mireia
PS: If you want to look authentic and relaxed at your wedding, the dress you'll find in the link above is the answer <3
