We recommend making returns of items in the same condition in which you received them.

If your item is custom-made, a mask, a shawl, a bandana, or an item discounted by more than 20%, or from the Outlet section, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return.

Right of Withdrawal

If it is a standard size / ready-to-ship item, you can return/exchange it within 30 days of receipt.

If your dress is custom-made, a mask, a shawl, or a dress discounted by more than 20% or from the Outlet, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return.

Payment must be made by any of the means indicated in the corresponding general condition. The fraudulent use of the credit card or the denial of the collection operation will entitle Mimetikbcn.com not to process or deliver the order, without prejudice to demanding compensation for damages caused. The buyer may withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) business days from the date of receipt of the product by communicating it to our offices via email hello@mimetikbcn.com This right may be exercised on one, several, or all of the items received, provided that these items are not from the Sales or Outlet section, masks, shawls, or custom-made products, in which case they cannot be returned. The exercise of this right is conditioned on the items being in good condition and their return being accompanied by transaction proof or a copy. The buyer must send them properly protected for transport. Once the merchandise has been received and checked, and after 14 days, Mimetikbcn.com will proceed to refund the amount paid by the client at the time of placing the order. A 10% restock fee will be deducted, and the shipping cost will not be refunded. This refund will be made by the same means of payment used to place the order.

Shoes must be unworn and in perfect condition. (We recommend trying them on a carpet to avoid damaging the rubber sole).

If the item or box is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Warranties

If the item purchased through Mimetikbcn.com shows any defect at the time of purchase or deterioration not related to misuse, accident, or negligent use of the product within 7 days of receipt, the buyer must notify our Customer Service. We will proceed, if possible, to replace the item as soon as possible at no additional cost to the buyer. Mimetikbcn.com is not obliged to compensate the user or third parties for the consequences of using the product, whether direct or indirect damages, accidents suffered by people, damage to goods other than the product, loss of profit, or loss of earnings.

Item Characteristics

Mimetikbcn.com will offer a description of each of the items offered through its website, indicating at least the use, sizes, and colors. The user will be responsible for any consequences resulting from not considering the information provided by Mimetikbcn.com regarding these characteristics.

For any claim or information related to the operation of the website, billing, quality, or any other issue related to the provision of the service, please contact Customer Service as soon as you become aware of the fact that motivates the claim. You can contact us via email hello@mimetikbcn.com The same contact methods are also valid for any communication or notification you want to send us regarding the Service and its execution. Once your claim is submitted, you will be assigned a reference number that Mimetikbcn.com will communicate to the User. If the claim is made by phone, the User can request a document that certifies the presentation and content of the same. This document will be sent within ten (10) days from the request. When the claim has been resolved, Mimetikbcn.com will make every effort to inform the User of the solution adopted through the same means used to submit the claim.
