These General Conditions of Contract (hereinafter "GCC") must be read before purchasing any item or product through the website Mimetikbcn.com. These GCC govern the relationship between the user (hereinafter “the User”) with Mimètik Lovers SL, (hereinafter “Mimetikbcn.com”), whose residence is located at Calle Numància 91 13 3 08029 Barcelona (Spain) and whose CIF is the following : B67059410.

These GCC also state the information about some relevant characteristics about the services provided by Mimetikbcn.com, such as customer service, delivery service, warranties and added value which Mimetikbcn.com may offer either directly or indirectly (hereinafter and as a whole, "the Service"). The completion of the forms available to process any order, as well as the information about the bank, credit card or PayPal implies full and unreserved acceptance of each of the provisions included in thee GCC, which are published on the Website Mimetikbcn.com (hereinafter , “the Webpage”).

Purchase process

Purchasing any item through Mimetikbcn.com is a very simple process, you may find the products in which you are interested in searching for them by category or name. Once the purchasing process is complete, you will need to enter your delivery information, select your preferred payment method and then you will receive the product at the address that you indicate.

Period of validity of the offer

The prices and conditions shown on the Website are valid at every time, and their period of validity lasts as long as the session is open. Mimetikbcn.com is not responsible for any change that may occur between sessions.

Prices, billing and payments

The corresponding price specified in the item description will be applied, including the indirect amounts according to the fares of the general or particular conditions, offers or valid economic promotions at every time, and they will be published on our Website or related platforms. Delivery costs are not included in the description of the item and fares may vary according to the location indicated. The payment of every purchase through Mimetikbcn.com can be done in the following ways:

1.- Credit or debit card

Payments by these cards are made through a secure server in order to protect your information at all times. The charge will be made as long as the information provided by the order is correct. Otherwise, the charge will not be made and the purchase process will be cancelled. If the information of the buyer and the owner of the card don't match, Mimetikbcn.com reserves the right to contact the buyer to confirm his or her identity or to contact the bank to ensure there are no reports of credit card thefts. Charges will be made at the time when the information of the purchase is confirmed. If the charge cannot be made for any reason, we will contact the User via email to report the situation. You must keep in mind that the payment gateway provided by Mimetikbcn.com has the appropriate security measures to avoid interception of communications. However, any transfer of data on the Internet is at risk of being intercepted by breaching security systems. Mimetikbcn.com does not ensure that this will not happen, and is not responsible in case it happens.

2.- PayPal

Payments can also be made by using a PayPal account. These purchases will be made by following the same terms as in the case of payments by credit or debit card. The information of the PayPal account must match with the information of the buyer, otherwise Mimetikbcn.com reserves the right to contact the buyer to verify his or her identity. Due to the high commissions applied by PayPal, Mimetikbcn.com may apply an extra fee to the User if he or she chooses this payment method, which will be specified prior to the order confirmation.

Obligations of the parties

Mimetikbcn.com must:

  1. Provide comprehensive information about each item offered on the Website (price, features, etc.)
  2. Take the necessary measures to ensure that every purchase through the Website is developed properly and without incidents.
  3. Have an after-sales service for buyers and a Customer Service.
  4. Have the necessary means and provide the Service to make sure that the buyer receives the purchased item in the best condition.

The User must meet the following requirements:

Shipping of orders and delivery period

The delivery of every product will be done by a transport agency or by Spanish Postal Service. The processing time for your order depends on the item and is approximately:

*STANDARD SIZE ITEMS: Most of our standard size dresses will ship within 3 business days, while certain items may need a few more days. Please see each product listing.

*MADE-TO-MEASURE ITEMS: Ships in about 4 weeks.

-STANDARD SHIPPING times are normally: 24/48h within Spain, 3-5 working days main EUROPEAN cities, and 5-8 working days to USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA and most other destinations worldwide.

- SHIPPING for small products (such as shawls, sashes, boleros, overdresses or Gala Short dresses) take a bit longer. EU: 10 working days. US, Canada and Australia: 15 working days. Unfortunately, this shipping for small products has no tracking number. We cannot specify a date for delivery.

Mimetikbcn.com is not responsible in case the delivery is not accomplished by due to absence of the recipient or any other physical impossibility of delivery. The client will be responsible for the costs of the failed delivery and its subsequent return. The client will be responsible for the costs of the customs fees. Every order is properly packaged according to the needs of the products. The delivery period of every product may depend on several factors, such as origin, stock, availability, etc. The description of each product offered on the Website includes an approximate delivery period. Once the purchase has been done, Mimetikbcn.com will provide information about the delivery process of the item at all times. Mimetikbcon.com is not responsible if the deadline indicated can't be met due to reasons unrelated to Mimetikbcn.com. (For example: particularly severe weather conditions, strikes in the transport sector, lost package etc.). In case the item presents signs of damage or opening upon delivery, the recipient should check the package before signing the reception agreement. If the order were damaged or incomplete, please request its return by sending an email to orders@mimetikbcn.com and we will send indications on how to proceed.

Right of withdrawal

Returns for standard and one size dresses are accepted.

Returns are NOT accepted for made-to-measure dresses or made-to-measure accessories, face masks or bridal masks, shawls. or for products from the Outlet Section or with a discount over 20% off.

Payment must be made by any of the means indicated in the corresponding general condition. Fraudulent use of credit card or denial of the order will allow Mimetikbcn.com to not process or deliver the order, without having to provide compensation for the damages caused. The buyer can cancel the contract within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the product by notifying our office via the following email: orders@mimetikbcn.com We will send you a report of return that should fill and attach to the returned product. This right may be exercised on one, several, or all of the items received, except when they are customed products, face masks, shawls or products from Outlet or with a discount. The exercise of this right depends on the fact that the articles on which it is exercised and its packaging materials are in good condition and that such return is accompanied by supporting documents of the transaction or a copy. The buyer is responsible for the costs of return and for sending them properly protected for transport. Once the items are received and checked, and after 14 days, Mimetikbcn.com will proceed to do the refund. There's a 10% restock fee and the shipping costs are not refunded. Such refund will be made by the same means of payment that were used to place the order.

-Wedding shoes: we gladly accept exchanges and returns, only with the following rules and conditions-

10% Restoring Fee apply on all returned items. The shoes must be unworn and in perfect condition. (we recommend to try them on a carpet to avoid damaging the rubber sole). Contact us within 7 days after receiving the shoes. Send the item back within 14 days of receiving the item, in the exact same box you received it. The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. In case of exchange, the new shipping is also the responsibility of the customer. If the item or the box is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Warranty

If the item purchased through Mimetikbcn.com presents any damage at the time of purchase or impairment not related to misuse, accident, or negligent use of the product within 15 days of receipt, the buyer must notify our Customer service. We will proceed, if possible, to replace the item in the shortest possible time without additional cost to the buyer. Mimetikbcn.com is not required to compensate the User or third parties for the consequences of use of the product, such as direct or indirect damage, accidents to persons, damage to goods unrelated to the product or loss of profit.

Mimetikbcn.com will show a description of each of the items offered through its Website, indicating at least use, materials, sizes and colors. The user will be responsible for any consequences of not taking into account the information provided by Mimetikbcn.com regarding these characteristics.

Customer Service and notifications

For any complaints or information concerning the operation of the Website, billing, quality or any other matter relating to the Service, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible from the moment when you are aware of the corresponding event. The same methods of contact also apply to any communication or notification you want to let us know about the Service and its execution. Once your claim is submitted, it will be assigned a reference number that Mimetikbcn.com will notify the User. If the claim is made by telephone, the User may request a document certifying the presentation and content of it. This document shall be submitted within ten (10) days from your request. When the claim has been solved, Mimetikbcn.com will do everything in its power to inform the User about the solution adopted through the same means used to present the claim.

Protection of personal data

We have the utmost interest in protecting the personal data of Users and we inform through this privacy policy about how we treat them. Mimetikbcn.com reserves the right to amend this privacy policy to conform to legal or jurisprudential developments. In such cases, the changes will be announced on this page with reasonable notice before their implementation. The use of our Services once such changes are communicated will involve their acceptance.

If it is a standard size / ready to ship item, you can return/exchange it within 14 days of receipt. Contact us by sending an email to orders@mimetikbcn.com before returning the package, informing us of the reasons, once the request is accepted we will send you an email with the instructions to proceed with the return. We recommend making returns with a private courier service, and in the same conditions in which you received it.

If your dress is made to measure, is a mask, or is a discounted dress, unfortunately we cannot accept returns.
