The road to our wedding: Discover how we chose the perfect date
Hello everyone! If you've been following my wedding planning journey, today I'll tell you about the third day of this exciting adventure. If you missed the previous posts, don't worry! You can check them out to get everything in context.
Now, let's continue with the story
After the proposal, we decided to take things slowly. With young children and Covid restrictions, it was crucial to choose the right time. I knew, from my profession, that many weddings planned for 2020 had been postponed and were waiting to be held in 2021 and 2022. So, we decided that our wedding would be in spring/summer of 2023, giving us two years to plan everything.
The wedding date
If you know me from my personal brand at www.mireiasolsona.com, you'll know I'm passionate about the universe and the spiritual. My curiosity about the unexplained led me to study Astrology a few years ago, although I couldn't continue due to my commitments with a baby and my two companies, Mimètik and Mireia Solsona.
The astrological choice
During my time in the Astrology course, they explained something to me that blew my mind.
Most important events worldwide, such as royal weddings or power takeovers, don't choose their dates randomly, but follow astrological principles. Incredible, right? And no, I'm not talking about the Middle Ages; this is still relevant today.

Well, if kings do it and the most influential people worldwide also consider it for big events, I won't be any less. So I talked to an astrologer friend and explained that we were looking for a wedding date. She looked at the astrological chart of several dates and times and gave me a couple of really cool days. So we chose one of these two.
With two years in advance, we had the flexibility to choose the perfect date in La Garriga de Castelladral, and everything fit perfectly!
Advice for rushed couples
If you're organizing your wedding with less time, it can be more challenging to find a special date, but here's the trick: astrology can be your ally! If you have knowledge in the field or can consult an astrologer, you might find the ideal date.
