My gift to celebrate 9 years of Mimètik Bcn

One autumn nine years ago, Mimètik Bcn was born. For all the dedication and affection that I feel for my personal project, I can say that it has been like my first child. I have worked very hard to build the brand of my dreams, I will not deny you. I have had to learn a lot to be able to respond to all the phases my project has gone through. I have laughed and cried for her, I have felt anxiety and fullness at the same time. This summer my daughter Arlet was born and I couldn't be happier. If you are a mother, you will know what I am talking about when I say that I felt like a cosmic love, a love that comes from beyond, when they put my daughter in my arms. Although apparently it has nothing to do with it, I am finding many similarities between motherhood and my personal project . Mimètik Bcn also went through a gestation period during which she had many hopes, expectations and fears. 9 years ago I gave birth to my brand and I knew, just as it happened to me barely two months ago, that it is the best thing I could have done with my life. It's amazing how time has passed. I look back and I feel super satisfied with everything I have built. I am very grateful for all this time and I want to toast to it. Here's to these nine years of hard and happy work , to all the people I've met during this beautiful journey, to all the women I've been able to dress, and to all the good things that are yet to come. I feel super grateful for the spectacular team of women who work with me . For having your confidence and smile every day. For enjoying as much as I do participating in weddings in dozens of different countries. For welcoming our brides and families so warmly in our atelier in Barcelona . Without this authentic and united team, it is clear that Mimètik Bcn could not have gotten to where it is today. Thanks girls! And although I know it sounds like a cliché, I want to thank all the women who have given me their trust, especially the brides who put themselves in our hands, confident and sure that we will leave them beautiful. Thank you very much. I know it is one of the most important days of your lives, thank you for your trust. And thank you also for the warm messages that arrive every day to our emails. I have decided that the best way to show my gratitude is to give you a wedding dress. Because I feel very lucky and I want to share this feeling with you.
