Right of Withdrawal

Returns are accepted for dresses in one size and standard sizes. Returns of custom-made items or accessories are NOT accepted.

The exercise of this right is conditioned on the items and their packaging being in good condition and accompanied by transaction documents or a copy thereof. The buyer must bear the return costs and send the items properly protected for transportation. Once the goods have been received and checked, Mimetikbcn.com will proceed to refund the amount paid by the customer at the time of order placement within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment methods used to place the order.

A product exchange can be made, provided it is not a custom-made product. If the price is higher or lower, a partial refund or a Reserved Listing will be made to pay the difference, as the case may be.

Special Return Conditions for Bridal Shoes:

• The shoes must be unused and in perfect condition. (We recommend trying them on a carpet to avoid damaging the rubber sole).
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving the shoes.
• Return the item within 30 days of receipt in the same box it was received in.
• The return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• If the item or box is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
