3 bridal mask that you cannot miss
“There’s a silver lining to everything” is definitely one of my mottos. And I’ve never put it into practice more than in this very different year we’re living through. That’s why, as soon as we saw that face masks were a necessary accessory, helping to prevent the spread of the virus… and making you look gorgeous (wink, wink), we got to work so you could have your bridal mask or party mask.
And what a response we found on the other side of the screen!

In fact, some weeks it's the most frequently asked question in my Instagram DMs. Of course, that makes me incredibly happy, because it means weddings are happening and life is going on, perhaps even with more enthusiasm and energy.

1. Ivory lace bridal face masks
A classic! Just like our best-seller, the Gala Vintage in ivory lace, this is our top-selling mask because it's the perfect match. You can buy it as a surgical mask, but the FFP2 version is the most popular. The layer that touches your face is made of certified fabric , to which we've added a lace overlay that doesn't compromise breathability at all. The lace is ivory, not pure white, giving it a bohemian feel.
2. Approved face mask with black lace
Very sophisticated, it's one of the most requested options for wedding guests. With its black overlay, it can be easily paired with any Gala Essential or Gala Limited Edition dress. If you like, you can also add a black lace shawl for a complete look. As always, any overlay you add can be worn on other occasions and with different dresses, because if there's one thing I love, it's versatility in dressing.
3. Bridal face masks with ivory tulle overlay
The most delicate option, and one of my top recommendations at the Atelier, because it goes with everything. Do you have a Golden Dots overskirt? It matches. Is your dress a Gala Rustic with a Golden Lace overskirt? It matches. Are you wearing an ivory shawl? It's a perfect match! Its subtlety makes it the ideal bridal mask when you want to move away from ivory lace. This mask, usually ordered in a rectangular shape, like a surgical mask, can be used on other special occasions: you'll just need to wash it after the wedding and store it carefully.

I know cloth masks are being sold in countless places, like Decathlon or Mango, to name just two very different options. But ours have the charm of craftsmanship.
