Right of Withdrawal and Returns Policy

1. Returns: Returns are accepted for dresses in standard and one-size. Returns are not accepted for custom-made items or accessories. The return of products is the responsibility of the customer, who will assume the direct shipping costs for the return. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If the customer requests an exchange, the first exchange will be free of charge, and the company will cover the shipping costs for the new item in this initial exchange.
2. Custom-Made Items: If your item is custom-made, unfortunately, we cannot accept a return.

Once the merchandise is received and inspected, Mimetikbcn.com will proceed with the refund of the amount paid within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
5. Wedding Shoes: Please note the following regarding wedding shoes. Shoes must be unused and in perfect condition (we recommend trying them on carpet to avoid damage to the sole). If the item or box is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Warranty: If the item purchased through Mimetikbcn.com shows any defect at the time of acquisition or suffers damage unrelated to misuse, accident, or negligence within 15 days of receipt, the buyer must notify our Customer Service.
