ONE SIZE

This option comes in two pieces, with the tulle skirt as an individual piece. It fits perfectly for sizes EU 32-42 (US 2-12) and will be shipped about a week after ordering.

Being a convertible model with a soft and elastic waist, it can perfectly adjust to many sizes.

The skirt measures 116 cm (45.5 in) measured from the waist to the hem. There may be variations of +/- 3 cm.

When you order a standard size, please add your chest measurement as a note in your order (for the top size).

To ensure the standard option fits you well, please check the following measurements:

• Chest: up to 100 cm (37.4 in)
• Underbust: up to 85 cm (33 in)

MADE TO MEASURE

A made-to-measure dress will be made based on your own measurements and shipped in about 4 weeks after ordering. It is made as a whole dress, with the tulle skirt attached to the dress.

To order a custom dress, please add the following measurements to the order:

• Chest
• Underbust
• Waist
• Hips
• Length: Dress skirt length, measured from the waist to the hem, depending on how high you want to wear the dress at the waist.

For made-to-measure dresses over 120 cm (47.2 in), please choose the "Extra Long" option when placing your order.

Right of Withdrawal

Returns are accepted for dresses in one size and standard sizes. Returns of custom-made items or accessories are NOT accepted. Returns of masks, bandanas, headbands, crowns, earrings, belts, shawls, items discounted by more than 20%, or Outlet items are not accepted.

Payment must be made by one of the means indicated in the corresponding general condition. Fraudulent use of the credit card or denial of the payment operation will give Mimetikbcn.com the right not to process or deliver the order, without prejudice to demanding compensation for the damages caused.

The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 30 business days from the date of receipt of the product by notifying our offices through the portal https://mimetikbcn.shipping-portal.com/rp/. This right can be exercised on one, several, or all of the received items, as long as they are NOT custom-made items or accessories, Outlet items, discounted items, masks, bandanas, headbands, crowns, belts, or shawls. The exercise of this right is conditioned on the items and their packaging being in good condition and accompanied by transaction documents or a copy thereof. The buyer must bear the return costs and send the items properly protected for transportation. Once the goods have been received and checked, Mimetikbcn.com will proceed to refund the amount paid by the customer at the time of order placement within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment methods used to place the order.

A product exchange can be made, provided it is not a custom-made product, Outlet item, or discounted by 20% or more, a mask, bandana, headband, crown, earring, belt, or shawl. The return shipment and the new shipment must be made by the customer. If the price is higher or lower, a partial refund or a Reserved Listing will be made to pay the difference, as the case may be.

Special Return Conditions for Bridal Shoes:

• The shoes must be unused and in perfect condition. (We recommend trying them on a carpet to avoid damaging the rubber sole).
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving the shoes.
• Return the item within 30 days of receipt in the same box it was received in.
• The return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• If the item or box is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Guarantees

If the item purchased through Mimetikbcn.com has any defect at the time of acquisition or deterioration not related to misuse, accident, or negligent use of the product within 15 days of receipt, the buyer must inform our Customer Service. We will proceed, if possible, to replace the item as soon as possible at no additional cost to the buyer. Mimetikbcn.com is not obliged to compensate the user or third parties for the consequences of product use, whether direct or indirect damages, personal accidents, damages to goods unrelated to the product, loss of profit, or lost income.
