Right of resolution
Returns of dresses in one size and standard are accepted.
Returns of dresses or accessories made to measure, sashs/bandanas, masks, shawls, discounted above 20% or the Outlet are NOT accepted.

The fraudulent use of the credit card or the denial of the payment operation, will give Mimetikbcn.com the right not to process or deliver the order, without prejudice to demanding compensation for the damages caused. The buyer must bear the return costs and send them duly protected for transport. Once the merchandise has been received and verified, Mimetikbcn.com will proceed to refund the amount paid by the client at the time of placing the order within 14 days, from which a 10% restock fee and the shipping cost will be deducted. .
