ONE SIZE (SEPARATES).- This option comes in two pieces, with the lace dress as an individual piece.

It is one size, so it fits perfectly for sizes EU 32-42 (US 2-12). The skirt measures 116 cm (45.5 in) from the waist to the hem. There may be variations of +/- 3 cm.

After placing the order, the dress will be shipped approximately one week later.
 
ONE SIZE DRESS.- This option is a full dress, with the lace attached to the dress at the waist.

It is one size, fitting sizes EU 32-42 (US 2-12). The skirt measures 116 cm (45.5 in) from the waist to the hem. There may be variations of +/- 3 cm.

After placing the order, the dress will be shipped approximately four weeks later.

When ordering a standard size, please add your bust measurement as a note to your order (for the top size).
 
To ensure the standard option fits you well, please check the following measurements:

• Bust: up to 100 cm (37.4 in)
• Under Bust: up to 85 cm (33 in)

 
CUSTOM MADE.- A Custom Made dress will be tailored based on your own measurements and shipped approximately four weeks after being ordered.

It will be made as a full dress, with the lace attached to the dress. To order a customized dress, please add the following measurements to the order:

• Bust
• Under Bust
• Waist
• Hips
• Length. Length of the dress skirt, measured from the waist to the hem, depending on how high on the waist you want to wear the dress.

For dresses tailored to more than 120 cm (47.2 in), please choose the "Extra Long" option when placing your order.

In line with the current withdrawal policy for e-commerce platforms, we grant consumers with Sequra 14 calendar days to exercise their right of return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, except for custom-made products.

• Product returns are the customer’s responsibility, who will assume the direct shipping costs for the return.
• Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
• A 10% restocking fee will be applied to returned products.
• If the customer requests an exchange, the first exchange will be free. The company will cover the shipping costs of the new item in this initial exchange.

Payment must be made using one of the methods indicated in the general terms and conditions. Fraudulent use of a credit card or refusal of the payment transaction entitles Mimetikbcn.com to cancel or withhold the order, with the right to claim compensation for damages incurred. The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from the product’s receipt by notifying our offices via email at hello@mimetikbcn.com. This right may be exercised on one, several, or all items received, provided these items are not custom-made, in which case they cannot be returned. This right is conditional on the items and their packaging being in good condition, accompanied by proof of purchase or a copy. The buyer must send the items adequately protected for transport. Once the merchandise is received and inspected, Mimetikbcn.com will refund the amount paid within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Shoes must be unused and in perfect condition. (We recommend trying them on carpet to avoid damage to the sole).

If the item or box is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Warranty

If the item purchased through Mimetikbcn.com presents any defect at the time of purchase or suffers non-negligent damage within 7 days of receipt, the buyer must notify our Customer Service. We will replace the item, if possible, as soon as possible at no additional cost to the buyer. Mimetikbcn.com is not obligated to compensate the user or third parties for any consequences arising from the use of the product, including direct or indirect damages, personal accidents, damage to unrelated property, or any lost profit or revenue.
