​This bohemian wedding dress is made in a soft and lustrous, semi-matte satin jersey and bodice in delicate lace. The dress is very “forgiving”. It has an elastic waist and can be worn higher or lower in the waist, depending on the style you are after. It is worn with a matching tube top underneath, made in the same fabric as the skirt of the dress.

SIZING

Choose between the following size options:

STANDARD SIZES (SEPARATES):
This ready to ship option is available in standard sizes M (US 6-8/EU 36-38) or L (US 10-12/EU 40-42). The standard size option comes as a a 3-piece dress, with the lace bolero as a separate piece, worn with the skirt and tube top underneath. When ordering your standard size dress, please also specify your bust measurement as a note in your order (measured over fullest part of bust).

STANDARD SIZE DRESS:

The standard size dress is made with the lace bodice attached to the skirt, and is worn with the tube top underneath. This dress can be ordered in standard sizes M (US 6-8/EU 36-38) or L (US 10-12/EU 40-42). It is made-to-order and shipped out in 4 weeks of ordering. When ordering your standard size dress, please also specify your bust measurement as a note in your order (measured over fullest part of bust).

The skirt length of the standard size option measures 116cm (45.6 in), measured from waist to hem.

MADE-TO-MEASURE:
A dress made-to-measure will be made after your personal measurements. The made-to-measure dress is made with the lace bodice attached to the skirt of the dress, and is worn with the matching tube top underneath. Production time about 4 weeks.

To order a dress “made to measure” we will need the following measurements:

-Bust
-Under bust (empire waist)
-Waist
-Hips
-Back width (shoulder to shoulder)
-Upper arm circumference (bicep)
-Front length upper part of should/base of neck to waist)
-Length (from waist to hem). For lengths over 120cm (47.2″), please chose the option “Extra Long”.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns Policy

1. Returns: Returns are accepted for dresses in standard and one-size. Returns are not accepted for custom-made items or accessories. The return of products is the responsibility of the customer, who will assume the direct shipping costs for the return. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If the customer requests an exchange, the first exchange will be free of charge, and the company will cover the shipping costs for the new item in this initial exchange.
2. Custom-Made Items: If your item is custom-made, unfortunately, we cannot accept a return.
3. Payment: Payment must be made using one of the methods indicated in the corresponding general condition. Fraudulent use of a credit card or the refusal of the payment transaction gives Mimetikbcn.com the right to cancel or withhold the order without prejudice to the right to claim compensation for any damages incurred.
4. Right of Withdrawal: The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from the date of receiving the product by notifying our office via email at hello@mimetikbcn.com. This right may be exercised for one, several, or all received items, provided these items are not custom-made, in which case they cannot be returned. This right is conditional on the items and their packaging being in good condition, accompanied by proof of purchase or a copy. The buyer must send the items adequately protected for transport. Once the merchandise is received and inspected, Mimetikbcn.com will proceed with the refund of the amount paid within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
5. Wedding Shoes: Please note the following regarding wedding shoes. Shoes must be unused and in perfect condition (we recommend trying them on carpet to avoid damage to the sole). If the item or box is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
6. Warranty: If the item purchased through Mimetikbcn.com shows any defect at the time of acquisition or suffers damage unrelated to misuse, accident, or negligence within 15 days of receipt, the buyer must notify our Customer Service. We will replace the item, if possible, as soon as possible at no additional cost to the buyer. Mimetikbcn.com is not obligated to compensate the user or third parties for any consequences arising from the use of the product, including direct or indirect damages, personal accidents, damage to property unrelated to the product, or any lost profits or revenue.
