1. Returns: Returns are accepted for dresses in standard and one-size. Returns are not accepted for custom-made items or accessories. The return of products is the responsibility of the customer, who will assume the direct shipping costs for the return. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. This right is conditional on the items and their packaging being in good condition, accompanied by proof of purchase or a copy. The buyer must send the items adequately protected for transport. Once the merchandise is received and inspected, Mimetikbcn.com will proceed with the refund of the amount paid within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
5. Wedding Shoes: Please note the following regarding wedding shoes. Shoes must be unused and in perfect condition (we recommend trying them on carpet to avoid damage to the sole). If the item or box is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Warranty: If the item purchased through Mimetikbcn.com shows any defect at the time of acquisition or suffers damage unrelated to misuse, accident, or negligence within 15 days of receipt, the buyer must notify our Customer Service. We will replace the item, if possible, as soon as possible at no additional cost to the buyer.
