Shoes must be unused and in perfect condition. (We recommend trying them on carpet to avoid damage to the sole).
If the item or box is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We will replace the item, if possible, as soon as possible at no additional cost to the buyer.
