Right of Withdrawal

Returns are accepted for dresses in one size and standard sizes. Returns of custom-made items or accessories are NOT accepted.

According to the current withdrawal policy for e-commerce platforms, we grant consumers using Sequra a period of 30 calendar days to exercise their right of return. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method, except for custom-made products

Payment must be made by one of the means indicated in the corresponding general condition. The exercise of this right is conditioned on the items and their packaging being in good condition and accompanied by transaction documents or a copy thereof. Special Return Conditions for Bridal Shoes:

• The shoes must be unused and in perfect condition. (We recommend trying them on a carpet to avoid damaging the rubber sole).
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving the shoes.
• Return the item within 30 days of receipt in the same box it was received in.
• The return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• If the item or box is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
