The colors of the fabrics can look slightly different on the screen. We do recommend buying the samples to be sure you get the exact color that you like. Due to occasional changes in the color cards, we can unfortunately not guarantee the availability of the samples you have ordered. We update our color cards continuously to keep them accurate but we recommend ordering as soon as possible after receiving the samples to avoid any changes.
Most of our wedding dresses are custom made, made after your personal measurements and in your choice of fabric and color.
The dresses “made-to-measure” will take 4 weeks to produce.

In line with the current withdrawal policy for e-commerce platforms, we grant consumers with Sequra 14 calendar days to exercise their right of return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, except for custom-made products.

- Product returns are the customer’s responsibility, who will assume the direct shipping costs for the return.
- Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to returned products.
- If the customer requests an exchange, the first exchange will be free. The company will cover the shipping costs of the new item in this initial exchange.

Payment must be made using one of the methods indicated in the general terms and conditions. Fraudulent use of a credit card or refusal of the payment transaction entitles Mimetikbcn.com to cancel or withhold the order, with the right to claim compensation for damages incurred. The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from the product’s receipt by notifying our offices via email at hello@mimetikbcn.com. This right may be exercised on one, several, or all items received, provided these items are not custom-made, in which case they cannot be returned. This right is conditional on the items and their packaging being in good condition, accompanied by proof of purchase or a copy. The buyer must send the items adequately protected for transport. Once the merchandise is received and inspected, Mimetikbcn.com will refund the amount paid within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Shoes must be unused and in perfect condition. (We recommend trying them on carpet to avoid damage to the sole).
If the item or box is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Warranty
If the item purchased through Mimetikbcn.com presents any defect at the time of purchase or suffers non-negligent damage within 7 days of receipt, the buyer must notify our Customer Service. We will replace the item, if possible, as soon as possible at no additional cost to the buyer. Mimetikbcn.com is not obligated to compensate the user or third parties for any consequences arising from the use of the product, including direct or indirect damages, personal accidents, damage to unrelated property, or any lost profit or revenue.
