Right of Withdrawal

Returns are accepted for dresses in one size and standard sizes. Returns of custom-made items or accessories are NOT accepted.

According to the current withdrawal policy for e-commerce platforms, we grant consumers using Sequra a period of 30 calendar days to exercise their right of return. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method, except for custom-made products

Payment must be made by one of the means indicated in the corresponding general condition. • The shoes must be unused and in perfect condition. (We recommend trying them on a carpet to avoid damaging the rubber sole).
