SIZES

ONE SIZE (SEPARATES): This option consists of four pieces: tulle skirt and top, and ivory skirt and top to wear underneath. It is one size fits all, accommodating EU sizes 31-42 (US sizes 2-12), shipped approximately one week after ordering. With its soft and elastic waistband, this convertible design adjusts perfectly to different sizes. The skirt has a length of 116 cm (45.5 in) from waist to hem, with possible variations of +/- 3 cm.

For standard sizes, please add your bust measurement as a note in the order (for the top size).

MADE-TO-MEASURE

Custom-made dresses will be shipped approximately 4 weeks after ordering. To request a made-to-measure dress, please provide the following measurements:

For dresses longer than 120 cm (47.2 in), choose the "Extra Long" option when placing your order.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns Policy

1. Returns: Returns are accepted for dresses in standard and one-size. Returns are not accepted for custom-made items or accessories. The return of products is the responsibility of the customer, who will assume the direct shipping costs for the return. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If the customer requests an exchange, the first exchange will be free of charge, and the company will cover the shipping costs for the new item in this initial exchange.
2. Custom-Made Items: If your item is custom-made, unfortunately, we cannot accept a return.
3. Payment: Payment must be made using one of the methods indicated in the corresponding general condition. Fraudulent use of a credit card or the refusal of the payment transaction gives Mimetikbcn.com the right to cancel or withhold the order without prejudice to the right to claim compensation for any damages incurred.
4. Right of Withdrawal: The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from the date of receiving the product by notifying our office via email at hello@mimetikbcn.com. This right may be exercised for one, several, or all received items, provided these items are not custom-made, in which case they cannot be returned. This right is conditional on the items and their packaging being in good condition, accompanied by proof of purchase or a copy. The buyer must send the items adequately protected for transport. Once the merchandise is received and inspected, Mimetikbcn.com will proceed with the refund of the amount paid within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
5. Wedding Shoes: Please note the following regarding wedding shoes. Shoes must be unused and in perfect condition (we recommend trying them on carpet to avoid damage to the sole). If the item or box is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
6. Warranty: If the item purchased through Mimetikbcn.com shows any defect at the time of acquisition or suffers damage unrelated to misuse, accident, or negligence within 15 days of receipt, the buyer must notify our Customer Service. We will replace the item, if possible, as soon as possible at no additional cost to the buyer. Mimetikbcn.com is not obligated to compensate the user or third parties for any consequences arising from the use of the product, including direct or indirect damages, personal accidents, damage to property unrelated to the product, or any lost profits or revenue.
