Right of Withdrawal

Returns are accepted for dresses in one size and standard sizes. Returns of custom-made items or accessories are NOT accepted. Returns of masks, bandanas, headbands, crowns, earrings, belts, shawls, items discounted by more than 20%, or Outlet items are not accepted.

Payment must be made by one of the means indicated in the corresponding general condition. This right can be exercised on one, several, or all of the received items, as long as they are NOT custom-made items or accessories, Outlet items, discounted items, masks, bandanas, headbands, crowns, belts, or shawls. The exercise of this right is conditioned on the items and their packaging being in good condition and accompanied by transaction documents or a copy thereof. The buyer must bear the return costs and send the items properly protected for transportation. Once the goods have been received and checked, Mimetikbcn.com will proceed to refund the amount paid by the customer at the time of order placement within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment methods used to place the order.

A product exchange can be made, provided it is not a custom-made product, Outlet item, or discounted by 20% or more, a mask, bandana, headband, crown, earring, belt, or shawl. The return shipment and the new shipment must be made by the customer. If the price is higher or lower, a partial refund or a Reserved Listing will be made to pay the difference, as the case may be.

Special Return Conditions for Bridal Shoes:

• The shoes must be unused and in perfect condition. (We recommend trying them on a carpet to avoid damaging the rubber sole).
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving the shoes.
• Return the item within 30 days of receipt in the same box it was received in.
• The return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• If the item or box is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Guarantees

If the item purchased through Mimetikbcn.com has any defect at the time of acquisition or deterioration not related to misuse, accident, or negligent use of the product within 15 days of receipt, the buyer must inform our Customer Service. We will proceed, if possible, to replace the item as soon as possible at no additional cost to the buyer.
