Right of resolution

If it is a standard size / ready to ship item, you can return/exchange it within 14 days of receipt. In the case of bridal shoes, within 7 days of receipt. Contact us by sending an email to orders@mimetikbcn.com before returning the package, informing us of the reasons, once the request is accepted we will send you an email with the instructions to proceed with the return. We recommend making returns with a private courier service, and in the same conditions in which you received it. The dress must be returned within 21 days of receipt.

If your dress is made to measure, it is a mask, a shawl or it is a dress reduced by more than 20% or from the Outlet, unfortunately we cannot accept the return.

Payment must be made by one of the means indicated in the corresponding general condition. The fraudulent use of the credit card or the denial of the payment operation, will give Mimetikbcn.com the right not to process or deliver the order, without prejudice to demanding compensation for the damages caused. The buyer may withdraw from the contract within a period of fourteen (14) business days from the date of receipt of the product by notifying our offices by email orders@mimetikbcn.com This right may be exercised on one, several, or all of the items received, as long as said items are not from the Sales or Outlet section, masks, shawls or custom-made products, in which case they cannot be returned. The exercise of this right is conditional on the items on which it is exercised and their packaging being in good condition and that their return is accompanied by supporting documents of the transaction, or a copy. The buyer must bear the return costs and send them duly protected for transport. Once the merchandise has been received and checked, and after 14 days, Mimetikbcn.com will proceed to refund the amount paid by the client at the time of placing the order. A 10% restock fee will be deducted and the shipping amount will not be refunded. Said refund will be made by the same means of payment that were used to place the order.

A product change can be made, as long as it is not a custom-made product, an Outlet product or a discount equal to or greater than 20%, a mask or a shawl. The return shipment and the new shipment must be made by the client. If the price is higher or lower, a partial refund or a Reserved Listing will be made to pay the difference, as the case may be.

In the case of bridal shoes, please read the details below:

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items. Shoes must be unworn and in perfect condition. (We recommend testing them on a carpet to avoid damaging the rubber sole). Please contact us within 7 days after you receive the shoes. Please return the item within 14 days of receiving the item, in exactly the same box it was received in. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. In case of change, the new shipment is also borne by the customer. If the item or box is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Guarantee

If the item purchased through Mimetikbcn.com presents any damage at the time of purchase or deterioration not related to misuse, accident, or negligent use of the product within 15 days of receipt, the buyer must notify our Customer Service. We will proceed, if possible, to replace the item in the shortest possible time at no additional cost to the buyer. Mimetikbcn.com is not obliged to indemnify the user or third parties for the consequences of the use of the product, whether direct or indirect damages, accidents suffered by people, damage to goods unrelated to the product, loss of profit or lost profits.

Characteristics of the articles
