Returns of dresses in one size and standard are accepted.
Returns of dresses or accessories made to measure, sashs/bandanas, masks, shawls, discounted above 20% or the Outlet are NOT accepted.

The exercise of this right is conditional on the items on which it is exercised and their packaging being in good condition and that their return is accompanied by supporting documents of the transaction, or a copy. The buyer must bear the return costs and send them duly protected for transport. Once the merchandise has been received and verified, Mimetikbcn.com will proceed to refund the amount paid by the client at the time of placing the order within 14 days, from which a 10% restock fee and the shipping cost will be deducted. .
